Where it started
Tricon Properties Ltd. was founded in Rajshahi in 2020 by Md. Asmaul Hosna, who had already spent years working in the property sector. The aim was straightforward: build good-quality apartments in well-chosen locations and hand them over when promised.
What we have built so far
Today Tricon has seven residential projects across Rajshahi. Baitul Izz in Siroil and Soptorshi near Saheb Bazar Zero Point are complete and handed over. Heaven Hill, Waheed Heights, Dhrubotara and Baitus Sharif are under construction, and Shwapnokunju at New Bilshimla is our next launch.
How we work
